Get to know us in this free 30 minute session and decide whether our approach is a good fit for you. We will also talk about our fees and payment options.
The first 60 minute session is the foundation for everything to come. Before the session we ask you to do a bit of homework. During the session we guide you through some exercises to learn more about yourself and what you want to achieve. By the end of the session, you will have an Action Plan for working together.
Regular sessions are 45 minutes long (plus about 15 minutes before and after for the coach to prepare for the session). You set the agenda; we help you make progress on your Action Plan. To stay energized and on track we recommend weekly sessions at a set day and time. Our clients do best when they commit to working with us over three months (12 weeks).
