I help women discover their magnificence and fearlessly live a life true to themselves, rather than a life others expect them to lead.

Navigating change and finding happiness in the face of varied cultural expectations have been ever-present themes in my life. Born and raised Iranian in East Africa and Israel, and living and working in England and the United States, I learned how to feel comfortable even when not perceived as fitting in. Trained as a barrister in England and restarting in the U.S. as a big-firm lawyer, then a solo practitioner, and finally an international lawyer at the U.S. Department of State, I have been able to reinvent myself again and again. And then again and again, when I took the lead in raising our daughter and shifted to writing, lecturing and advocacy as an independent scholar. In short, the life of a woman in today's world. Now I want to help other women, from varied cultural and ethnic backgrounds, to consciously design meaningful and balanced lives. I want to help them live lives in which they confidently express their true selves especially in times of stress, difficult transition and great challenge regardless of the subtle expectations imposed on them.
